Discerning Faith

If a friend invited you to their home but you didn’t know where they lived… it’d be hard to find your way there, wouldn’t it? You would need some directions. The same is true in faith. Jesus invites people to come and follow him and if we don’t know where he’s going at any given point in life, we will find it hard to actually see where he’s going. Thankfully, there is guidance. Jesus once told a crowd, “My sheep hear my voice. I know them, and they follow me.” In choosing to follow Jesus, we are opening an ongoing dialogue with the God of the universe. In this series, we’re getting practical with the learned practice of discerning the guidance of God.
